The only negative I found with this model is that the VibraRise mop pad mount isn't removable. I've found any plush carpet that the robot crosses will be in contact with the rough Velcro like fastener system on mounts, which can cause abrasions.

However, you'll have to go through a few hurdles to enable voice control on this model which is a pity considering the performance of this model.
