I recently stopped by the Turkish Airlines Vancouver Office to make some changes to my flight and ask about travel requirements . The staff greeted me warmly and quickly pulled up my booking . They clearly explained my options including different fare types and baggage allowances . The office was calm clean and had comfortable seating. I was even offered a cup of Turkish tea while I waited . The staff also told me about the Miles&Smiles loyalty program and gave helpful tips for my layover in Istanbul . Before I left they printed my updated ticket and handed me a small box of Turkish delight . It was a smooth friendly experience .
