This reduces hands-on maintenance and also helps prevent the i3+ EVO from overfilling, but it still needs to be manually cleaned after each cleaning session. The i3+ EVO's built-in dust bin holds 2.4L of debris that is enough to last four or five cleaning sessions before you need to replace it.

Like the i7, this model also uses the latest floor sensors to create maps and navigate neat rows. However the i3+ EVO only stores one map, whereas the i7 is able to store multiple maps. The i7 is also able to use its map to create no-go zones and virtual barriers, but the i3+ EVO can't.

While the i3+ EVO is more effective in picking up debris on surfaces than the other robovacs we looked at but it's not the best in terms of cleaning edges and corners. It is also less gentle on furniture, despite being remarkably silent. It moved chairs away from walls, and made some collisions with the sides of our bed, and got stuck on cords and toys while testing.
